Today I had bread from 빠바 a branch of which has been here more than 8 years.
Their Jambon-Beurre tasted exceptional, throwing a party in my mouth. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋSWEET EXPRESSIONㅋㅋㅋㅋ F네
I was even proud of myself being able to pay for this bread, and disappointed at myself too NOT HAVING known their Jambon-beurre EARLIER.
I wish I had known this bread earlier.
What if I knew its recipe? Would I make the bread for myself? That would happen only if I couldn't afford to go to 빠바.
What if I replaced its main ingredient - the pork ham TO chicken ham? Then I could sell it in Muslim countries.
Today I also spent a lot of time dreaming about my cafe plan.
